What is going on with “Let’s Block Champ” game
Please tell me what is going on with “Let’s Block Champ” game. Game comes up with message “Reloading” but never loads. I found if you hit the reload button the game will start. This issue has been going on for a few weeks now. Today, I have started several games only to receive message “connection lost, reconnecting” and the game ends landing me in 10th place.
Very frustrating! Please fix!

Teri, you are the community manager, please help with this issue.......
Please tell me what is going on with “Let’s Block Champ” game. Game comes up with message “Reloading” but never loads. I found if you hit the reload button the game will start. This issue has been going on for a few weeks now. For two days now I have started several games only to receive message “connection lost, reconnecting” and the game ends landing me in 10th place.
Very frustrating! Please fix!

Karen this seems to be something specific on your system, we are not seeing this on our side. On the bottom of the game play page (https://games.aarp.org/games/block-champ), there is a link to get live help from Arkadium on each page (image below). Please go to that game and use that link to get additional support

Karen & Terri , I can confirm Let’s Block Champ has issues. I know I’m having the same problem with the game it disconnects (lost connection)in middle of playing game. It also, boots back up during disconnect and then states “ didn’t make a move in time” it’s very frustrating. I also see that over 300 other people clicked on this thread. So, there is definitely an issue. Please let us all know what’s going on with this game - as it is my favorite game and I’ve been sad because I’ve not been able to just play the game all the way through the end. And others who clicked this thread please speak up!!! Let’s get this game some attention to fix the problem!

Thank you very much @AnnaLisaSTx for posting. I was beginning I was the only one having this issue. I took Terri's advise and contacted Arkadium. I contacted them on 04-08-25 and the IT person below has been trying to figure out the problem and to this date has not been able to. Hopefully, your suggestion for others having the same problem will speak up. I would suggest that all contact "Rodrigo" at Arkadium. I too love this game and hope there will be a fix soon!
