In years of art classes, it was always classical...

Respectfully... it would be an individual's choosing for what works the best for themselves and why of how their brain is receptive for best functioning. The above choices would probably not be a given a choice for most under 25 yrs of age...in the United States, in a populated area, in the year of 2022, etc.

My choice would be as unlisted: a happy Bosa Nova with the slow ocean waves underneath the music.
