Well, the former Hard Rock in Vegas, which one would think should be the correct answer, with it's musical roots and the fact that Hard Rock Cafe's co-founder also co-founded House of Blues with Dan Aykroyd, is no longer in business, and their old location is now Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.  That being said, the House of Blues in Las Vegas is located in Mandalay Bay.
