Penguins live in the southern hemisphere so if this is a parade of native penguins, it would have to be Australia.

I've seen penguins (in the wild) in Antarctica, South Africa, New Zealand & Australia. Orland's Sea World Antartic exhibit got me excited for my first "in the wild" viewing on Australia's Phillip's Island!
