Sometimes Unable to see the entire board while playing Outspell and Daily Crossword

Sometimes when I start playing either of these games the header and footer for the site will not allow me to adjust the page to see the whole board. I try toggling the page up and down, but the board is still partially covered.  As noted, this doesn't happen every time, so I'd like to know how to correct this when it does happen. Thank you.

I found that on mine there’s 3 lines, on top,but if you hit those 3 lines,2x, it disappears and I can see the whole board. It’s usually on the right side of the page.
