Why the booster selection in the game send a player back to the house main page every single time try to use one of the options? For example clicking on the wild card button sends the to the video watch it entirely then thrown to the main page having to restart from the main page to then start game over

I don't use the boosters but every time I play outspell, using ipad, every time, yes EVERY TIME (AARP, are you listening?) the game fails and I have to restart it several times.  I do eventually get it completed and I usually do get my points, but why so many hiccups?  On the other hand, no points for codeword and only 2 of the crossword.  It says points daily but like others have mentioned, some games it seems to be a weekly thing vs a daily point opportunity.
