OUTSPELL LETTER REPLACEMENT IS WAY OFF

Since day 1 of playing OutSpell it is rare to have 6 game letters. Typically I/m playing with only 4 or 5 letters while the computer opponent has 6.  I can play all the letters & still only receive 4 or 5 new letters. It is not unusual to have only 4 letters to work with. I reached out to the company that provides Outspell & was told hmm & asked if I would provide screen shots. I sent numerous screen shots with no correction. Has anyone else had this happen?
