@bonniesz50 Are you completing the game?  What message are you seeing?  Another option for you to get help is on the bottom of each game page you can click on Arkadium support and there is a pop up window for tech support!

Thanks for responding.  Yes, I complete the game daily and the pop up says that Sorry, points cannot be given due to technical difficulties.  Try back later.  For over a week now.
