Mahjong dark dimensions freeze

Is anyone experiencing game freezing when playing Mahjong Dark Dimensions? I’m playing on an IPad, using Firefox browser. This has been going on for 3-4 months. It’s frustrating. I changed IPads, it’s happening with the new one as well. Thank you!

My problems appear to have started when they added the ad banner across the top of the page and appear to be directly related to problems my iPad is having loading that ad and the ad to the right of the initial game screen.  No problems on other websites; only on the AARP website.

I use Safari and my games have been freezing for months, too. Funny thing though, the timer continues to count down, but clicking or tapping does absolutely nothing. I figure it was just me but finally got so frustrated I decided to look to see if anyone else was having the same issue.

Yes- I have just about quit trying. I have the most updated version of Safari on my iPad, and I have NO issues with games on other sites (like MSN).  I used to play the AARP games all the time. But now, they won’t load, they freeze, they load and then freeze and, as you say, sometimes the game is frozen, but the timer is ticking down!  And, yes, I have turned my iPad on and off and cleared the browser history over and over, but no improvement.  So, I have pretty much just given up.

Ive started playing the game on a different website. AARP has modified the game, now I can’t play it at all without freezing. 
I just wish they would quit improving things.

I went to Arkadium to see if it freezes there too, and it does. 😞

I got a runaround from Arkadium Games on this one. It still freezes late in the game and doesn't let me finish or record my score.

Here we are in December and it is still a piece of garbage. I use Firefox and the game lets me get up to where my score is doing really well and then it quits on me. It is most annoying!

It’s not just Firefox, I use Safari and my games have been freezing for months, too.
