It’s called the Limey Love Shake and it’s dreamy,so cool and refreshing and so good for you. 1 cucumber,1/2 avocado, 1-2 handfuls of baby spinach,3-4 peeled limes ( or in a pinch,a lid of lime juice), 8-12 ice cubes or some water,to taste. Grind it all up and enjoy!

  It’s great for popsicles too.
