Games won’t load

Is anyone else having problems loading the games?  I can’t load any games since yesterday.

Many Games do not load on my iPad. It’s not cookies. Some games like Sudoku load immediately but word games like crosswords do not. This has been going on far too long and telling people to use other devices is not an answer!  If your incapable of fixing the problem just say so and we can look to other avenues. I know I am not the only person frustrated with this issue. Do we have to cancel our memberships to get some kind of response?

I've been having trouble for the last several nights.  Seems like around 10:00 PM-ish none of the games will load onto my computer, even though I've been playing for a few hours.  I've restarted my computer to no avail.  Everything else on the website loads with no problem.  Would appreciate a response.

I'm having that same issue, and have been for weeks. Word Wipe is the game that's the worst. Between that and the collapsing menus that go off at the slightest mouseover, this site had become annoying for playing games. Fix your janky website, AARP.

Canfield and Crescent solitaire are still not loading correctly as of 5-13-24

Canfield will not finish loading. Also really have a problem with the way the menu banner at the top page is too sensitive - ruins the game - makes me want to drop the subscription.

@AARPTeri   Not loading as of 10 p.m. EST.   Seems to be happening on a variety of games. I refresh the browser constantly.  Maybe one time in ten, it helps.   Bigtime glitch.  (Canfield Solitaire and Word Wipe to name two of them, but it's more than that.)

Same with me. I've had the problem off and on but now daily for Wordle and Canfield solitaire. Probably a symptom of constant ads that take up most of the real estate on the page.

I play a lot of the solitaires and none of those are working.

Yes, I’m also having a problem getting some of the games to open. The screen just keeps going black on and off.
