We played Sorry and Candyland for hours at a time!  We played Slap Jack and all sorts

of card games.  Still play these with the grandkids and old friends!

Card games.."Old Maid", Go Fish, War...Checkers, Chinese Checkers, Outdoor games ..Playing with marbles Bunny in the hole, .Dodge Ball, Red Rover, Simon Says, Hide N Seek, Hop Scotch ,Tag... Hang Man, Jacks and Ball, Going out side to play gave us fresh air, exercise and a chance to form friendships...

What a great topic; thank you @AARPLynne !

 

I miss canasta so much; we played for hours and hours; the great thing about it (imho) was we could talk about boys and music and school while playing; I so miss that!
