For the past 2 days it isn't awarding reward points for anything.

For the past 2 days it isn't awarding reward points for anything.  Very frustrating.  I wish they would tell you when their site is having issues.

We all need to contact them first thing on Tuesday (since Monday is a holiday) and demand they add the points to our account.

Once again ... the Rewards Program is NOT working and awarding points after completing activities. WHEN WILL THIS WEBSITE BE OPERATIONAL? Things like this happen way to frequently.; Who is responsible for maintaining this site? Good grief.. its time to get someone who is competent. .

I had an email for her but there was never a reply.  Why would I waste postage on contacting her?

(2) Chances of a CEO "reading" an EMAIL are "slim" but, hey - you have to do things your way @WW393731 . That is your right. 😉

Jamie @Jamie29 , yesterday (Saturday 5/23/26), the rest of us were able to MAX OUT. But with LOTS of work.

 

Today (Sunday 5/24/26), members can only do ONE ACTIVITY that gives points.

 

BOTH AARP & Merkle ( company that manages the AARP Rewards Program) have been OFF since Friday. They are OFF EVERY weekend. This time, they will be back the Tuesday AFTER Memorial Day.

 

*** Hard for them to "tell" us their sites are having "issues" if they are OFF. 😉

I got a few completed but realized each time the page came up that showed an uncompleted activity and I clicked on it, if the rewards thing saying the amount of points this would credit, was MISSING, it was a waste of time to do the activity so I tried others  Still not maxing and trying it several times with the dreaded you earned points but we need more time is useless.

And I doubt they are even interested in earning points or even being a member.  For them it is just a job.  Previous complaints about anything, they always say this is the first I heard about this, even with multitudes of complaints on this site or elsewhere.

There has been notices about Maintenance almost every week., @Jamie29 .    When you see those it’s a warning sign that problems will get worse.
