Credit card

I recently paid off my AARP Barclays credit card.  I received a statement with an interest charge.  I understand how that all works.  I paid off 3 other credit cards and when I called to get the interest fee waived, all, but AARP Barclays, waived the fee.  I even asked for a manager, got no where with her.  I was disappointed in AARP Barclays customer service and the disrespect they showed toward a customer.  I don’t understand how they refused to waive the fee after I just sent them a substantial amount to pay off the balance.  Shameful and appalling.

Some credit card sponsors will not write off any interest, even the smallest amount UNLESS you are closing the card because most are revolving credit and that interest will just be added to whatever else goes on your account the next period.

IT‘S ALWAYS SOMETHING . . . . .. . . .
