Codeword has erased my February scores

I went into Codeword (which I have played for years) today.  Although it is showing my "high score", it is showing I have not played at all this month when, in fact, I have played everyday!   I have tried logging out and logging back in, but still get the same results when I open the game.  I have tried other games, such as Jewel Shuffle, and that game DOES have my history saved, so this is a problem just with Codeword.

   How can all of these AARP members have the exact same problem with Codeword, and AARP
   and Arkadium do nothing to fix the problem?

Same problem since Feb….before that it worked just fine.

 I have had the same problem since late February also. I play every day, and my score is never saved.  Codeword asks me if I would like to do a practice game as if I've never played the game. I've reached out to AARP (again today) and to Arkadium, but they both offered no solutions.

Yep I complained at least a month ago. Cleared cache, resigned in, up graded software and still not recording scores after 1 day.  Wrote to AARP today and they said I’m getting reward points but I want scores daily to challenge me to play against others. Arkadium told me not to contact them about issues again, yet they don’t list it as a known issue.

Same problem, play every day, scores wiped out next day. Arkadium said all is fixed 3/2/25, NOT! And do not repeat request for action on this problem.What?. I pay money for you to-have a job. FIX It!!

Every day I return to play Codeword hoping the issues have been resolved, but no.

 

Prior scores are gone. Plus I just played a stellar game in record time for me and only received 21,000 points? 10% of the top scorers' points? Come on!

I noticed the scoring issue as well. And I have to add that the log-in process is a joke. The verification letters rarely show up on the first attempt to log in. I gave up at 20+ tries earlier today but it was all set about 15 min. ago.

Same here. And this game has not given points for ages! Once again, I don't understand why this site has become so terrible. Never used to have these kinds of problems. Did they change the company that manages the site? I have no idea. But, if they did, they need to get the old people back!

I have been having issues with Codeword for over a month. I only got rewards a random few times and noticed today that I also got February wiped out. Interesting that they were on top of the Mini Crossword not awarding points and quickly resolved that issue, but can't seem to resolve this one. So disappointing and unfair.

Yep, me too!  And the Daily Crossword has had this exact issue for over a month.  Ugh!

and the latest update didn’t fix anything for me. I can only get to Games through normal navigation, not my personalized menu.

 

games don’t come up if I choose recently played, Codeword doesn’t show up under Word & Trivia and I’m pretty sure I still can’t click on Help from the main screen.

 

what happened that this app has suddenly gone to pot?

It's really unfortunate because these are actually really good games but we are having to fight the platform itself to try and enjoy them & get any benefit. 

 

I wonder if AARP reads these comments or if we're just complaining to each other. We need to complain in the right place!
