Code Word

I've been having problems with not receiving my points after completing CodeWord.  When I first contacted Rewards Support, they would award me my points by phone.  Yesterday I call and I'm informed that Code Word is not meant to be on the game site and no points are given, yet when I played today, I see other players receive their score.  Every time I call support, I get a different answer. You would think that managing the game site would be pretty simple - you play the game - you receive the points, but yet this has turned into a petty torment.

Are you sure you are completing the game and in a timely manner?  Our games are primarily designed for entertainment, stress relief, social interaction, and skill development. Earning AARP Rewards points is a bonus that may depend on various gameplay factors. We encourage you to keep enjoying the games for their many benefits. If the necessary conditions are met for the game, points will be awarded automatically.

I have the same issue.  Just got off with a rep in Chat who told me there's nothing wrong with the game (SO not true) but she'd give e my points as 1 time courtesy.  Total BS - this happens nearly every day!  Maybe once or twice a week, Codeword works.  & this has been going on for many months.  To add insult to injury, the bot points to an article saying AARP is aware of Codeword issues  & has fixed it.  Even if you don't see the points in Transaction History, "rest assured" you are getting the points.  This is a complete fabrication.  I counted my points & there is no way I got anything for Codeword.  My total points matched what was in Transaction History so, nothing for Codeword - unless I contact someone & specifically ask for it.

Maryann @MaryannH498529 , sorry you are going through this. Yes, seems they are no longer manually awarding missing points. Another step back from the wonderful customer service we use to have. Take care, Nicole!
