Can't respond to private messages from customer service

This is incredibly frustrating.  So many of us have been posting about not being able to redeem points.  I finally got a private message from customer service asking for more info, but there is no way to respond to it -- no reply button, nothing.  Can AARP's IT get any worse???

You need to open the full message, by clicking on the message when you are in  and you will scroll down and see the option.  For more help on Private Messages she this - https://community.aarp.org/t5/help/faqpage/faq-category-id/pm#pm
