Backgammon will not keep my score, why is that?

I've been playing backgammon on this system for about two years. When I first started, every time I finished a game, I got a score. Then it quit keeping score. I tried to get help via Arkadium as they advertise, they were -0- help. I went to Norton's help to see if there was something I could turn off that might be causing this. They had no idea. About 3-4 months later I get an email from AARP Help people and they said to try clearing my browzer and my cache's? I did this and it did start working after about 2 months of trying this every day. Then about 4 months ago I stopped again. I can't get through to anybody that can help me with this? Any ideas?
