AARP Song Theme

I have not been receiving my points after completing the AARP Song Theme.  This has been going on for the last couple days and yesterday I called AARP and reported the problem.  They gave me my points and said they'd look into it and this morning again after completing the game I did not receive my points.  Is anyone else having this problem?

It's not just Song Theme. It's also Code Word! Are they ever going to get this web site fixed? It's been a mess for quite some time. It's getting very frustrating for us old folks!

 I like how code word and a lot of the word search, crosswords, daily solitary games, etc erase all the work you have done. It's like you were never there....think you've done 30 puzzles this month? Think again! ~evil laugh~ It doesn't matter for anything, but I don't see how history gets wiped out so often.
