Share Your Best Childhood Winter Photo

Message 1 of 1

We all have that classic childhood winter photo — the one where you're bundled up toes to nose, proudly standing next to your frozen creation.

With many areas of the country already getting plenty of the white stuff, it seemed like the perfect time for AARP to request the best snowman pictures from the 1950s through the '70s.

Simply post your nostalgic 50s through 70s photo of yourself with your frozen friend, or the snowman by himself.  Also send this same photo to by January 26.

Who knows, your photo may appear in an upcoming feature on

Please be sure to include the name of the person in the picture, or the person who built the snowman, the individual's city and state, and what you may remember about the photo, including, if possible, the year it was taken.
