At age 67, the only fresh produce I get each week at Walmart is broccoli & carrots. They fill me up and I guess help to keep me healthy. So sad eating healthy in our old age is a challenge for some of us. Hoping next year 2026 brings some much needed GOOD news for us legal Americans. Lol, THIS YEAR 2025 has been 6 months of news NOT in our best interest as oldsters. Growing old is NOT a journey for the timid. Be well Seniors. ๐
