What motivates me on Mondays is what also motivates me every day of the week:

1.  My kitten (literally) SCREAMING in my ear to get up.

2.  Having to go to the bathroom.

3.  A HUGE cup of java to start my day!!!

Waking up on Mondays and seeing all 3 of children. My 3 blessings from God keep me motivated, grounded, and determined on Mondays and every other day of the year.

What motivates me on Monday (morning in particular) is the mere fact that I've opened my eyes and that I actually made it through the first day of "my" work week (Sunday night)!
