The terms bring some levity to a topic many would prefer to โ€ฆ lay to rest.

โ€œIf youโ€™re going to get the benefits of life, that means having the disadvantage of having to die one day,โ€ says Michael R. Edelstein, 80, a clinical psychologist in Tiburon, California. โ€œBut most people donโ€™t want to die, and some people escalate that into a fear."

I DONOT fear dying, just sad when I think of leaving my darling only child behind. A daughter who has been there for me - my bestie. Now, when it comes to the "possibility" of a PAINFUL DEATH - that bothers me. But all we can do is LIVE IN THE MOMENT & let tomorrow take care of itself.

Make time for YOUR LUV ONES while you can. Tomorrow is NOT promised.  ๐Ÿ’›
