How many of you enjoy an afternoon nap?

I love an afternoon nap. If I don't sleep too long ( one hour max ) it makes me feel energized. Christine

I never used to nap. It always left me groggy and irritable for a while afterwards. These days it's hard to stay awake some mornings and late afternoons when trying to read. Too many trips to the bathroom throughout the night make sound sleep overnight a more rare treat than it used to be.

I love naps in my big ol' papasan chair with double cushions. Nice little cozy nest. Just me and Delilah who joins me every time to snuggle in. 😴😽

Helps to supplement those 5 - 6-hr. nightly sleep sessions.
