Thank you for all of you who have served our country, and to their families.

When did you serve, and in what capacity?

My husband served in the Navy ( submarine service ) 1978 - 1985

Happy Veteran's Day indeed! My father-in-law was a retired submariner on the Nautilus, Seawolf and Skipjack. By coincidence, today I came across a medallion he had from the Skipjack but unfortunately I don't know the significance.
