My MAIN goal at age 67 this year is to stay "healthy" when I can.
Some aches are all about getting OLD.
But NOT eating JUNK all the time helps to keep me away from diabetes. My mother, now deceased, was on Insulin. For one (me) who is SCARED of needles, that FEAR helps with NOT overdoing the sweets./lol ๐คฃ๐
ENJOY your Aging Journey my friends. We are an "example" for the youngsters in our lives. To this day, I look back on the PASSION my Maternal Grandma applied to her life. She died at age 104 in her home. Determined NOT to move. ๐
Take care,
