Adult Children with Developmental Disabilities

My son is 25 and has high functioning Autism, also known as Asperger's.  We are in Georgia and trying to find him a full time job with benefits.  He works part-time at a grocery store but has not been able to move up.  He can't live on his own with SSI.  Anyone else in a similar situation?
