From fake tech-support calls to bogus job postings, older adults today are navigating a minefield of increasingly sophisticated scams, each one threatening the savings they worked a lifetime to build. โ
โIn 2023, an estimated $158 billion was stolen through scams and fraud, with losses for older adults reaching nearly $62 billion, according to the Federal Trade Commission.

Yes, I agree "educating" Seniors is an excellent way to go but they have to want it. Lol, alot of us DONOT want to be told what to do. And when it comes to the Romance Scams, I just DONOT get it. I guess I am too CHEAP at age 67 to part with even $1. ๐ค
