CAN AARP HIRE SOME COMPETENT IT PEOPLE FOR ONCE?

Again, after “maintenance” Rewards Quizzes and Videos are not giving points.  Either they just don’t show the “you earned” language, or they say “we need extra time” and then NOTHING EVER HAPPENS.

    This cannot be that hard.  Does AARP just not hire enough people, or not pay enough to get good ones?  Seems like this crap happens multiple times a year.
