We appreciate your Rewards Program but having some "issues" with some of your EARNING ACTIVITIES.

➡️[*** Anyone else having these "issues" or am I special = just my Rewards Account? 🙄

(1) Several videos have NO "redeem circle" which as we know is the only way to earn points.

(2) Others have the "redeem circle" but NOT giving out points.

(3) Yes, there are a "few" which are giving out points but NOT many.

I'm also having the same issues you are having.  Wasted too much  time trying to earn the points tonight.  Hopefully, it will get fixed soon.

@JoLo49 , I was able to MAX out just now but geez, what an ordeal.

Lol, probably next week sometime with them being off every weekend.

Thanks @JoLo49 💛🤗 The only reason I persisted was because I cannot sleep. Yes, one of those nights. Lol, NOT sure "if" I will tomorrow (Sunday). What is going on? 😤

(1) Just logged out of my Rewards Account & Community Board.

(2) Cleared Browsing History.

(3) Fingers - toes - eyes - legs "crossed" this fixes my issues. 🤞

(4) Heading back to RE-watch the VIDEOS that DIDNOT give me points and/or were "missing" red circle. Geez, really wanted to get my Saturday Earning Activity done (max out) since I am awake & cannot go back to sleep. Lol, a great way to get "sleepy" from boredom of watching these SAME videos EVERY month/week/day. My sleeping aid!!! 😅

Nope, DIDNOT fix my issues. 😞

Guess I will try again later. Geez, hope I can MAX out today & tomorrow but LEARNING to not "stress" when there are glitches = since AARP off on weekends = maybe NEXT week before I can MAX out. 👍

@Barbisme , I just "noticed" they CHANGED the title (see note below on this), showing as completed & has a red box.

Lol, but ZERO on my Transaction History. I even checked Adjustments.

Did you get your points?

So, this morning I could not not find it at all in the Earn Points list (all 42 pgs) using the website via safari. Then, I tried filter for Staying Sharp, & looked at all 8 pgs of the filtered list & still did not show up. Then I used the spyglass at the top right & searched for 6 pillars of brain health & it did show up the results list & it had a red rewards star on the list screen and it did have the title typo fixed. But, the play video screen does not have the red circle rewards points screen on it. I played it anyway & still does not award points or show the pop up completed earn more points screen. 

So I’m done with it!

Yeah, @Barbisme  I noticed the Reward badge was gone, and backed out.  So I protected my brain health, lol!

Hey, it’s been fixed, just now I saw it back on the front page & the red points circle showed up on the video, & I did get the points - YaY & thanks to whoever got it fixed!!!

Worked for me using app.  Got 600 points.
