Greyhound drivers: Should they be fired for using the front row seats for their personal stuff

A while back, I have noticed some of the Greyhound bus drivers would use the front row seats for their personal stuff like their own suitcases.  The rules state that they are not allowed to put their own personal stuff up there in that seat.  When those seats are taken by someone's personal stuff like suitcases, then someone like one of us passengers ends up having to go to another seat towards the back of the bus.  One guy did get either fired or written up for not allowing a disabled passenger ride in the first row seat and I am not sure if it was that he wanted to use it for his personal belongings or what.  Also the baggage loading crew in St. Louis acted like they had a right to only load suitcases and belongings to low-inclome passengers and not middle-class passengers and to even lie about the whole thing.
