I drive to the nearest Railway Station in Seattle and take a trip to the National Parks.  Starting in Seattle, a combination of Trains and buses takes you to Yellowstone National Park,  Arches National Park, the Bad Lands National Park on to the Grand Canyon National Park.  At each venue a bus takes you into the Park and to a hotel where you spend the night, a day in the Park and then on to the Next Park with transportation either by Rail or Bus.  Couldn't think of a better way to see so many National Parks.  Would be a trip of a lifetime w/o leaving the Country!
