We were totally screwed by Norwegian Cruise Line last year and were denied boarding due to them saying we needed a Canadian Visa. they would not give us a refund and I had to hire an attorney. What they did is totally unacceptable and I will never take a cruise with them again.  AARP should step in and contact Norwegian on behalf of retirees.

last year it some kind of permit online you did prior to visiting if on an Alaska cruise. Didn't your travel agent explain that or  you missed it when  you reviewed what was needed for your cruise on their website
