Interesting article but...........

There's one problem with the suggestions the writer of this AARP article has, as far as I am concerned. It doesn't take into account how old the AARP member is.... not everyone is in their fifties.

My daughter waited a long time to get married, presented me with two grandchildren relatively quickly, but by the time these grandchildren are old enough to participate in these trips, I will be 80 or over...... an age that doesn't quite match most of the activities of these five excursions. Don't think I'll be kayaking, biking, or surfing in my eighties.
