I agree booking early "may" save you something on airfare depending on location and date.

Personally I have NEVER been "comfortable" with booking EARLY as life sometimes happen and it is h.ll to get a REFUND sometimes.

Some airlines are compassionate while others are NOT! 😤

This is probably one area I won't need any pointers as my wife and I have determined we will probably never fly again.

The reduction in the size of the seating, the close calls of airplanes almost having catastrophic collisions, patrons on the plane acting like idiots attacking each other, and the airlines themselves mistreating customers all weighed into our decision.

It used to be a joy to fly but now it is nothing but hassle after hassle.
