Seeking wireless TV headphones for my not smart TV and need suggestions. Best Buy has not been helpful. Also interested in a connector to provide hearing the TV through my hearing aids. Please share your thoughts and experiences.
Hi @jm19723004 If your TV doesn’t have Bluetooth, there are still workarounds you can do to use wireless headphones with it. Here are three solutions:
Use a Bluetooth audio transmitter The Bluetooth audio transmitter is a device that can be plugged into your TV’s audio output. It will then transmit the audio signal to your wireless headphones.
Use media streamers Media streamers are devices that can be connected to your TV’s HDMI port. They can then be connected to your wireless headphones via Bluetooth.
Use dedicated wireless headphones. Dedicated wireless headphones come with a base station that can be connected to your TV’s audio output. The headphones will then receive the audio signal from the base station.
Hope this helps Take care! ~Allen
