When the weather warms up and sometimes pollen levels take an elevator ride, we end up sneezing and sometimes things goes haywire inside us. My mother tells me that is true as we age. Many of us made very stupid mistakes when we were in our twenties such as smoking, going heavy on doughnuts, so much sugar in our coffee, etc. And when we go nuts with burgers and fast food like my father did when he inspected houses, it would sometimes make his heart misbehave. And his back would sometimes choose to pick a fight. Now if I have a back spasm that would last for several hours, and then either it would finally straighten up in the afternoon, I am not sure what would they call that in the medical field. Sometimes when I would wake up, I would sometimes feel that I could barely get my feet to move!
It sounds like you're experiencing some discomfort related to age-related changes and possibly past lifestyle habits.
Back spasms can be caused by various factors like muscle strain or underlying conditions. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the cause and appropriate treatment.
Remember, aging is a natural part of life and taking care of ourselves becomes more important over time.
