How often can frozen shoulder attacks strike?

Back in 2016 and last year, I had frozen shoulder on my left and it kept me from doing my work.  and my work got interrupted by surgery and a few months of physical therapy.  I was of course 55 when it hit.  Two physical therapy excercies I do at home to help cut down on another attack is the "starting the lawnmower" where I use a rubber band that I hold with my foot and pull with my left hand and the the other one is called the "garbage truck" since some garbage trucks are front loaders and they roll up to scoop up the dumpster to empty the trash.  And I use either a baseball bat with both hands or a long metal tube to hold onto and raise above my head.  I assume some of you have had a muscle mishap like I had.  So if you know how often does a frozen shoulder attack strike, please let me know so I can be prepared to corner them off and I don't end up having to interrupt any more work.
