There are many supplements and vitamins that may help boost your energy. You probably don’t need special vitamins if you are eating a good whole foods diet. But, if you don't eat well, and are deficient, you should consider vitamins and supplements. Generally I needed help with my chronic fatigue. 
Magnesium and Vitamin C were the big ones for me.
Getting out of bed just fine now, and not keeling over every afternoon. I feel good.
There is hope!
