Back stretchers.

I think that's what they're called.?? A large mat you lie on, strap yourself on, & it stretches you a bit.

I think that's a good description of it ! Is there any place a person can buy one? Would appreciate any help on this ! Thanks !

I asked my doctor about some of those.  He absolutely did not recommend them.  If you are considering something like that, by all means run it by your doctor first.

Actually, these were a doctor recommendation for a friend. Could be it depends on one's back problems ? I have heard some say it really works well. Again, I guess it depends.

I'd still like to know if anyone knows where to buy one ? Thanks, John for your reply !

I have to apologize.  I thought you were talking about those "inversion" devices, where you hang upside down.

I had a back stretching device through a chiropractor.  Had to be the single best treatment for my back I ever experienced.
