If you're like me, you've been spending even more time on your devices lately. It doesn't help if you are also working from home right now - you have to be glued to your electronics to stay connected with colleagues. What are you doing to manage screen time? I have to give myself breaks throughout the day, which has resulted in lots of walks with my dog. I also try to disconnect for the evening by 9pm (some days are more successful than others).
