Is Jubilee TV good?

Dad is 96 and cannot work with streaming tv apps. He does not want to pay for cable so he does not have a box. We have an apple tv and roku and firestick, but he cannot use any of them. 

He wants to watch CNN. Maybe Jubilee Tv will work because we could find the channel for him remotely. 

Does anyone have experience with this?
