Step dad resents me.

Trying to care for my bedridden mom and help my step dad with his care, He is starting to pick fights with me and is having temper tantrums in front of my mom causing her and me terrible anxiety.I don't know what to do. It really upsets me when he upsets my mom.I have pleaded with him not to do that in front of her and that we could go outside and talk but he just keeps doing it.
