Publisher Needed for Book Proposal on Caring for Aging Parents

I'm looking for a publisher specializing in or friendly to memoirs on caring for aging parents. My story chronicles my caregiving efforts amid spousal and financial abuse, family neglect and the events leading to my ever so brief stint in jail. All this while pursing a filmmaking career. I appreciate any advice or suggestions for creating that perfect match between writer and publisher.
