Parkinson's & the African American Community - Free Event 9/24

Join the Parkinson's Foundation on September 24, 2022 at 11:00am ET for an interactive experience, featuring expert panelists who will discuss how African Americans have less representation in healthcare and research, and how to advocate for ourselves and others affected by Parkinson’s disease. The event will also explore (1) how Parkinson’s disease can impact mental wellness and how to navigate the journey and (2) how faith and spirituality play a role in the way communities and individuals approach their health and healing.

 

This event will take place virtually and  in-person in Charlotte, NC.
