Some personal care aides do light housekeeping for their clients but I don't think you are talking about this type of service.

Sounds like you are talking about a maid to help you with your housework since the caregiving and working is taking up much of your time.  Maid services are available for most every type of cleaning - a little or a lot and on a variety of schedules depending upon your needs (and pocketbook)
