Hi all! How are you hanging in? I've heard from many family caregivers that they are struggling to find things for their loved ones to do as they care for them at home during this unprecedented time. It's a challenge to maintain cognitive and physical activity when stuck at home. So I put together this column with 10 ideas  that I hope will help you!

Just click on this: "How Caregivers Can Keep Loved Ones Active at Home During Coronavirus Outbreak"

Please share your ideas too! And let us know how these ideas have helped!

P.S. These are all things you can continue to do once this "stay at home" time is over!

Hang in, one day at a time - stay safe and we will get throught this!!!

Take care,
