Hi all! How are you hanging in? I've heard from many family caregivers that they are struggling to find things for their loved ones to do as they care for them at home during this unprecedented time. It's a challenge to maintain cognitive and physical activity when stuck at home. So I put together this column with 10 ideas that I hope will help you!
