Getting refunds for airline tickets during coronavirus

There is still much confusion about whether or not passengers can get refunds for canceled airline travel during the past three months. • Basically, if the airline cancels your flight here in the USA or for an international flight, passengers can request a full cash refund of your airfare and all ancillary fees already paid. • If you cancel your flight before the airline cancels the flight, you lose. Then the cancellation is considered the choice of the passenger. You will have to pay a cancellation fee and then accept an airline credit for the remaining value of the ticket. If you and the person you are assisting have had a flight canceled insist on getting a full refund. And, for flights not already canceled, make sure to wait until the airline canceled the flights. Most airlines have already announced deep cuts to their schedules that will come into effect in May.
