GRANDPAD: has anyone found a user group type forum for Q&A?
Just got a Grandpad for my mother, who can't even text on a flip-phone. Is there a community here for caregivers trying to use this endorsed product or another user group somewhere?
Documentation is very limited and basic, especially for the caregiver trying to manage the usage remotely. While you can call the help numerb for "white-glove" service, even they have limited resources to provide.
How are others fairing with getting their loved-ones on board??
